Return, Refund & Replacement Policy

Our policy: After receiving your items for 24 hours, if the items are defective and the mistake is us. You can request a replacement or full refund with the policy below:


If your item is defective and the mistake is us, just contact us by email [email protected], provide us your order number and a video clip that proof the defective of your product. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm you case. If the mistake is Us, we will resend you a replacement for free, you don’t need to return the original item. We are so sorry about our mistake.

Here is our mistake case:

  • Significantly different from the description
  • Damaged due to the fault of our factory or the carrier
  • Wrong designs or colors compared to the preview
  • Not what you ordered.

Modifications are not allowed for replacement items ( in case you accept replacement items)

We DO NOT accept refunds or replacements due to customer’s mistakes such as:

  • – Incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc. So please review your order carefully before you check out to ensure your order is correct
  • – Incorrect shipping addresses
  • – Invalid address entry
  • – Improper care, damages in use. 

Our company can only offer you a discount for reordering in the cases above.

Please allow the 20% difference between advertised images and the actual item you received as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.

  • The refund process may take up to 14 business days and is credited via your original form of payment.
  • You can return the wrong item to us at any time in the week.
  • After received your items, we will full refund for you via your paymend method you used on order
  • Please note that, we do not include return shipping fee on refund, We just refund your order value


When will I be replaced?

1, Contact us immediately if the item you received get defective via [email protected]

2, We will reply to you within 24h to confirm the problems

3, If the problem is confirmed, We will be processing the replacement items to you within 24h and the items will be delivered to you. Time to delivery is the same a new order as the Shipping Policy but you don’t need to pay anything for that.
